APPatient™ Mobile Patient Portal App Guide is a brief guide on how to download the log into the APPatient Application on your mobile device. Please note that RAWNY does not offer telehealth visits though this app. You can still use the app to look at upcoming appointments, add or change demographic or medical information, and view visit notes.

 

Frequently Asked Questions about the Patient Portal:

Q: Where can I view my visit notes?

A: Visit notes can be found by clicking on Appointments along the top and then clicking Past Appointments on the left side of the page. Next, click on the link for the visit note you’d like to view.  Any visits prior to 11/14/23 will not show up in this portal and will need to be requested by calling our office.

Q: Why am I unable to compose a message to my doctor through the patient portal?

A: We currently do not offer messaging through the portal. We hope to have the functionality turned on in the future and will communicate to our patients when this feature becomes available. If you have message for your doctor, please call our office and one of our Patient Service Representatives will relay the message for you.

Q: Can I see my bill in my patient portal?

A: There is a billing section of the portal where you can view your bill, view your current balance, and make a payment. Please note there may be a delay from the date of your visit to when the statement appears in your portal.
